RULES

Here's how to enter Big Top's Cartoon Contest:

1) Use Big Top's Cartoon Toolbox Starring Felix the Cat to create a cartoon.

2) Use the ToonTransformer. Follow those simple directions then send your cartoon file to us as an enclosure/attachment via e-mail. Make sure you indicate that you're entering the cartoon contest and that the official entry form is coming separately.

3) Fax (555.978.5353) or mail the official entry form found inside the Cartoon Toolbox (the lawyers say we need a signature) with name, address, phone number, age category, and one of the following cartoon categories:
Funniest / Best Action / Best Use of Sound / Best Use of Special Effects / Best Use of Characters / Scariest / Saddest / Coolest Short Cartoon / Most Surreal / Best Narrative

1) Use Big Top's Cartoon Toolbox Starring Felix the Cat to create a cartoon.

2) Use the ToonTransformer. Follow the simple directions and save it on a floppy disk.

3) Affix the official cartoon contest disk label with name, address, phone number, age category (12 & under OR 13 & above), and one of the following cartoon categories:
Funniest / Best Action / Best Use of Sound / Best Use of Special Effects / Best Use of Characters / Scariest / Saddest / Coolest Short Cartoon / Most Surreal / Best Narrative

4) Send the disk with label affixed and completed official entry form to:
