Tin Can Lanterns make beautiful decorations for your room or garden. Print out and follow these simple instructions. The process takes a few days--but you can make several at once!

Things You'll Need:
Tin Cans, Freezer, Hammer, Nails, Thin Hanger Wire

Instructions:
1 )

Fill can with water and put in the freezer. They should be frozen in approxmately two days.
2 )
Draw a design on the can with a crayon or marker
punch holes with a hammer and nails 3 )
Put frozen can on a towel so it won't roll. Punch holes along your design with a hammer and nail. Use different size nails for variation.
4 )
When ice starts melting put the can back in the freezer and begin working on another one.
5 )
Use thin coat hanger wire for handles and hanging loops.
6 )
Melt a little bit of candle wax inside base and place candle on the wax before it cools off. Hang in a safe place.
